Answer:

PageRank value is updated thrice a year. You cannot see the changes until Google updates the PageRank data, so wait for some time and keep working on your webpage.

Answer:

The dance is the period in which the new updated database is distributed between all of the Google Datacenters! PageRank is calculated before the dance. Almost immediately after a dance, the Googlebot goes and does its searching, and then those pages are put through about 50 iterations of the PageRank calculation etc. For 3 billion pages, this equates to minimum of 150 billion separate calculations, that is bound to take a while, I do not know how long exactly though. Then the dance begins.

Answer:

No. Google has stated before in other locations that using either the “AdWords” or “Premium Listings” will neither harm your site nor help its PR and rankings.

> Enter this as the Search: link:www.yahoo.com
> Set the “Mode” (in the advanced features) to “Standard”
> Click the search button..

You will see a few new windows (depending on other settings). Each of those pages will have the blue bar that says “Results 1 - 10 of about 632,000″ (although the number of results will vary from month to month).

But if the larger number shown above (the 632,000) is varies in any one of the window panes, then the likelyhood is that the the dance is on.

Changes of the actualy results in themselves does not really indicate a dance!!

Answer:

This is actually the PageRank = 0 (Zero). This describes that the value assigned by Google to a page is 0. PageRank is calculated through the number of inbound links that a page has. For example 1 PageRank for 100 inbound links.
